Why do you need this?

While LLMs are necessary for any modeler these days, they are not sufficient. Check how the AnyLogic Knowledge Base boldly goes where no LLM has been before.

Solve problems no LLM has ever seen

LLMs train only on what they find online. For AnyLogic, this is (comparatively) little: the online help, some books and blog posts. LLMs invent the rest (as confident as ever  ). This knowledge base provides proven solutions

Build something not found anywhere

Try to turn your network into agents or make transporter collisions actual objects using an LLM or online help. You will not get very far, especially with a niche tool like AnyLogic. I have done just that for 15+ years and can now share those builds with you.

True multi-method support

LLMs treat each AnyLogic library as an independent topic. While already struggling with sensible output on these, combining them is a total mess for LLMs. But AnyLogic is the tool of "anything is possible". Many entries here are targeting that intersection of libraries.

Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You are billed monthly and can cancel monthly. Your access expires by the end of your last billing period.

Can I change tiers anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade anytime with immediate effect. You can downgrade anytime and the changes are also immediate. 
If you downgrade and have already paid a higher amount, the remaining balance is saved as credit in your account and applied to the next payment.
If you upgrade to a higher-priced tier, you are charged only the price difference.

Is this for absolute AnyLogic beginners?

Yes. The knowledge base contains a ton of useful entries for beginners. Check the content above and filter the "Skill level" for BEGINNER.
Moreover, the individual tiers provide this support for beginners:
SILVER: Ask your beginner questions in the monthly Q&A session. Network and ask questions with other community members (and me).
GOLD: Use the monthly 1-1 session to guide your learning. I can give you homework, review and feedback your work and help you learn the crucial skills.
PLATINUM: With 3 monthly 1-1 sessions, you can use me as your coach and trainer continuously. You can ask me any questions with priority responses, I will debug and build toy models for you when needed. Is this a typical online course to learn AnyLogic?

No. You purchase access to a knowledge base with 100s of entries that no AI knows about. You can access all the content at any tier right from day 1 and simply use it as needed.

Beyond that, the various tiers provide ever more support on your learning journey to accompany access to the knowledge base.

What AnyLogic skill level is required?

The knowledge base covers insights for any skill level, from absolute beginners to the most advanced users with many years of experience. Check the content above and filter for your "Skill level".

Moreover, the individual tiers are designed to provide support for any skill level.

Will I have access to the materials forever?

You have access as long as your subscription runs, even at the lowest tier. I am using the knowledge base as my own "ground truth" so it is constantly updated and expanded.

What if I get stuck or need help?

While you cannot get stuck on using the knowledge base, you may well get stuck on your learning journey or with your actual model you currently develop. You can always exploit the benefits of your chosen tier to get help (except for the base Bronze tier). If that is not enough, you can always upgrade to a higher tier (temporarily, if needed) to gain more help, time and support from me. See the tiers comparison above.

Do I need a specific AnyLogic version? Is it ready for AnyLogic 9?

The knowledge base covers a lot of AnyLogic 8 content. It also has a ton of content that is fully applicable to AnyLogic 9 and the AnyLogic Cloud.

Since the knowledge base is continuously updated, new AnyLogic 9 content will be added. Or use the higher tiers to make your own requests.

Why is this so expensive?

Well, I hope that the base tier is affordable for anyone. Even the Silver tier with a monthly Q&A is, hopefully, affordable enough. 

The higher tiers earn you a lot of direct time with me. It is still factored into a reduced hourly rate of my time. Still, you will get much more out of that time with me than trying to fix stuff yourself, I promise. As one of my former clients said: "Ben helped me fix an issue in 20 minutes that would have taken me days to figure out". 

Plus: You can, obviously, jump between tiers any time. Play it smart and use it according to your needs. Oh, and free access to ALL my courses in the Platinum tier is really quite a bargain
